Living Well @ 深夜福利站

Living Well @ 深夜福利站 is 深夜福利站's premier wellness program, designed to encourage and promote a wide variety of physical, cultural, and intellectual activities to improve health and wellness at 深夜福利站. Living Well currently features online (live and recorded) activities for staff and faculty members, including Zumba, yoga, meditation, Art after Dark and a coffee house. Healthy Minds was created to address the psychological and mental health of employees. It identifies the factors that promote mental health and prevent psychological harm.
