Partnering and Networking Resources

    • Visit the  on the EU F&T portal to search for organizations who have declared an interest in joining a partnership to respond to the specific Horizon Europe Pillar II call. In these announcements organizations may be requesting or offering expertise (a word of caution; these partner listings are not monitored by the EU).
    • You can search for partners by Keyword, Programme (including Horizon Europe), Country, Organization Type, and Professional Profile (including Researcher).
    • You can also make your own expertise known to potential partners by:
      1. Creating an
      2. Completing your My Person Profile; and
      3. Making your profile public. 

      Note: 深夜福利站 is already registered as a participating organization. You do not need to register 深夜福利站 in order to participate on an application.

    • Information about every research and innovation project ever funded by the European Commission
    • Search for potential partners with a track record of success securing Horizon Europe funding
    • Platform offering public access to statistics and data on EU research and innovation (including information on entities participating in research and innovation activities, e.g., coordinators, partners)

  • Health NCP Net Partner Search tool
    • is a network that facilitates trans-national cooperation between National Contact Points (NCPs) for Cluster 1 Health (CL1) with a view to identifying and sharing good practices and raising the general standard of support to potential applicants of Horizon Europe in the Health sector.
    • COST is a funding organization for research and innovation networks and can act as a first step towards finding European funding. COST can help researchers expand their networks and find ways to join consortia.
    • UnILiON is an informal network of Brussels liaison offices representing excellent universities based in Europe and Japan. The network represents an arena of exchange where the participants share information, nurture collaboration and act as information multipliers towards the represented organisations.
