Free Move Your Mood Events – Boost Your Well-Being!

As we approach the final stretch of the school year, we want to support your mental and physical well-being with FREE movement-based events designed to help you feel your best!

The Move Your Mood, initiative supported by the Parr Centre, offering fun, inclusive, and non-clinical ways to stay active and de-stress. Join us for these upcoming FREE events:

March
📅 March 24 – Jump Rope Class
📅 March 24 – Learn to Lift (Males)
📅 March 26 – Learn to Lift (Females)
📅 March 29 – Sushi Event

April
📅 April 2 – Jump Rope Class
📅 April 6 – Glow & Flow Yoga (Glow bracelets provided! First 100 attendees receive a free yoga mat.)

In addition to these special events, our regular Move Your Mood classes will continue until April 17, 2025:
🧘‍♀️ Sundays at 7:00 PM & 8:00 PM – Yoga Stretch
🧘 Tuesdays at 5:00 PM – Meditation
