I enjoy working at the WSRC because I like being around other hard working individuals who do everything they can to make the WSRC an inclusive and welcoming environment! What are the best parts about your position? Since started at the WSRC, I’ve become more familiar with the gym and the people who come here often, making a better gym community. Meeting new people has been so fun, like I mentioned in the last question. I also get my steps in every shift! Everyone has everyone’s back and the job allows you to meet so many people amazing people across so many programs you likely wouldn’t have been able to meet otherwise What is your favourite way to be active? Volleyball, soccer, and the gym!! What is a random fun fact about yourself? My favourite part about my position has been having the opportunity to develop my teaching and leadership skills through being an instructor for advanced lifesaving courses such as bronze medallion and standard first aid! I also really enjoy seeing all the different types of rentals that come in from the London community! What is your favourite way to be active?
