Child Health Symposium
Research and Best Practices in Child and Youth Health and Well-Being
The Child Health Symposium is a collaborative presentation of 深夜福利站's Faculty of Health Sciences and TVCC (formerly Thames Valley Children's Centre). It provides an opportunity for families, clinicians, service leaders, researchers, educators and students from all disciplines to:
- Share their knowledge, ideas and best practices for service delivery
- Present current research interests, questions and findings
- Learn more about the child and youth health research happening in our community
- Network and build relationships and collaborations with others (e.g., youth, families, students, clinicians, service leaders, educators, researchers) in our community in the area of child and youth health and well-being

- You can register to participate in-person or virtually
- Cost: $40 for in-person (includes continental breakfast and lunch) or free for limited virtual main conference room

Joint Child Health Poster Session
Join us in-person for the Joint Child and Youth Health Poster Presentation Session and Networking Reception.
We are collaborating with many different disciplines and programs to highlight some of the research and work that is being done in child and youth health and well-being.
This event is designed to inspire new ideas, partnerships, and innovations in the field of child and youth health and well-being.
Location: King’s University College
Date/Time: Tuesday May 20, 2025, 4:15 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. EDT (following the Child Health Symposium)
The evening includes a Quickfire Poster Showcase, the Poster Presentation Session, and Networking Reception with refreshments and snacks.
This poster session is co-presented by the: Department of Paediatrics; Child and Adolescent Mental Health; Children's Health Foundation; Children's Health Research Institute; Children's Hospital London Health Sciences Centre; and 深夜福利站's: Collaborative Graduate Specialization in Developmental Biology, Developmental Disabilities Program, Paediatric Surgery, Schulich Medicine and Dentistry, Faculty of Health Sciences; and TVCC.
