Responsibilities
The Structural services include the work of Carpenters, Roofing Mechanic, Locksmiths, and Locksmith Service Mechanics, Painters, and Asbestos Service Mechanics.
For example, Locksmiths are certified to install and service locksets of all kinds including, standard door locks, keypads, cabinets and desks, and safes. Other services include repairing/replacing automated accessibility door openers, fire separations, and keys.
Services
- Carpentry work associated with maintenance and construction
- Painting, refinishing, taping, and finishing drywall installations, glazing, and some minor plaster repair projects
- Key duplication, cutting keys, installation, and repair of lock
sets, electronic locks, panic alarms, sign engraving services - Minor repairs to doors, windows, and washroom accessories
- Skilled asbestos abatement work
Personnel
There are Carpenters, Painters, Locksmiths, Service Mechanics, and a Roofing Mechanic.
