Librarians and Archivists

The OFR team liaises with Librarian/Archivist leaders and their administrative staff, librarians and archivists, and UWOFA-LA on matters relating to terms and conditions of employment. We are responsible for the negotiation of collective agreements, letters of understanding and waivers; resolution and/or adjudication of grievances and complaints; audit and approval of appointment related actions; leadership development; and support for new librarians and archivists transitioning to 深夜福利站. Our interest is in accomplishing these tasks in a way that enhances the work experience at 深夜福利站 while ensuring 深夜福利站 excels in its educational and scholarly mission.
