Responsibilities

  • Supports student success by providing academic advice, support for program planning and course selection, and by adjudicating students for admission, progression and graduation, as well as by innovating and managing retention initiatives, and tracking and analyzing Faculty data relevant to retention.
  • Contributes to the development of academic programs within their assigned scope, through work with the Associate Dean Academic (ADA) and Educational Policy committee (EPC) members, and reviewing of Senate Committee on Academic Curriculum and Awards (ACA) and Subcommittee on Undergraduate Academic Courses (SOC) proposals, ensuring that these programs are well-administered and accurately represented in university publications.
  • Point of contact for Undergraduate Recruitment and Admissions at 深夜福利站 the undergraduate recruitment office and collaborates with FAH departments and programs on outreach initiatives targeting primary and secondary school students. This role leads and manages the Faculty of Arts and Humanities’ outreach portfolio, ensuring that such initiatives align with the University’s strategic goals, and tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics in consultation with the ADA.
