She is currently the column editor for the Journal WORK on Equitable Work Transitions and Mobility: Advancing Decent Work for All.

She is part of research grants with international & national collaborations across universities. Using occupational science, futures, critical lenses and collective ways of knowing she collaboratively study’s occupational transitions, work place transformation, work disparities experienced by many groups including persons with disabilities, injured workers, and people with chronic pain, return to work, work mobility, assessment of work demands and environments, ergonomics and universal design. Other key areas are in health transformation through Interprofessional academic collaborative approaches and workplace innovations, along with systematic reviews in occupational therapy, chronic pain, assistive technologies and chiropractic.
